"I have always been inspired by rock music. From Bo Diddley to Chuck Berry, the Beatles to Bon Jovi, Lenny Kravitz to Ben Harper, Ritchie Havens to Jeff Buckley. It's all rock to me. I want to create an emotive rock experience that captivates the listener and provokes thought." - Julian Tillery

Atlanta based Producer/Songwriter/Guitarist Julian Tillery's music is a blend of rock, pop, soul and alternative. Born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Glassboro, NJ. He began to study piano at age 5 and violin at age 6. He credits his parents for exposing him to everything from Sam Cooke to Bon Jovi.

Julian began his music career as one third of the eclectic rock unit Us!, an acoustic band that included Okorie Johnson (Okcello) on cello and John Reed on drums. The band toured with the Groovement/Earthseed Collective that performed in Atlanta and other major cities.

Julian went on to play guitar for Soul/Hip-Hop Band Mama's Moonshine. It was that experience that gave Julian the courage to start his solo career. He went on to start JETSound Productions and in 2013 released 'The Ocean on Mars'. His follow up EP 'Songs from the Bottom Up' is now available for purchase.
